In most cases, remodeling a small bathroom will cost $75 to $150 per square foot.  For example, consider an 8×12 bath remodeling project.  That’s 96 square feet.  On the low end of our estimate, your remodeling costs would be $7,200.  On the high end, the price would be $14,400.  A cost of $9,000 to $12,000 will produce a very nice new bathroom.
